Job Description:
Commercial Lines Insurance Sales Producer for Leading Regional Agency, $80k++ (Central PA) Large regional insurance agency with strong brand recognition is seeking a dedicated commercial lines producer with a need to succeed to join their Central PA office! The firm is open to purchasing existing business.

Qualifications:
Must have: Good sales record with 4 or 5 years successful experience producing commercial business and ready to step up to producing larger accounts with premiums ranging between $150k to $1million Strong ability to open doors and actively generate new prospects through networking, building referral sources, community activities, association meetings, cold calling, etc. Assume an Account Executive role to retain 95% or greater of expiring revenues, responsible for collection of all premiums and checking policies, audits, coverage integrity, and E&O prevention, complete exposure checklists for all accounts, and deliver coverage analysis and value reports for all accounts $25k in revenue and above Solid business acumen and communication skills to generate interest among senior leadership and decision makers, conduct effective client presentations, close sales, and deliver policies Leadership qualities that support existing culture and can enhance future growth plans College degree highly desirable, advanced designations a plus
